The past few days have been amazing in terms of gains.
I can deadlift 150kg now.
And I can bench 70kg.
I think. It’s because. I’m not arsed about weight as much.
I’ve stopped weighing myself every time I visit the bathroom.
I’ve been eating more.
Strength comes first from now on.
