Get up early (not 11am like todays’ fail)

Go for a run (C25K W4D3)

Go to town and buy a pullover hoody for running in (Because it rains a lot and I don’t have one that zips up)

Eat like a champion (Need to eat more; Thinking of doing something like GOMAD)

Go to the gym (It’s tricep OR squat night apparently)

Go for another run (after consuming some brotein [C25K W3D2 with the bro(wn)])
